100% SELF STORAGE - HOW IT WORKS

We offer secure and flexible self storage units of a variety of sizes. Book the unit that is right for you, and store your items. With long opening hours on both our sites you'll be able to access your stuff 7 days a week.


Entry and Exit


HOW DO I GET ENTRY TO MY UNIT?

With 100% Self Storage, you can enter the facility and your unit using just your mobile phone. Before your move in date, you will receive a text message to your mobile phone with instructions on how to set this up. It will require the download of a 100% Self Storage app from either the Apple or Android app stores. Downloading the app and gaining access is simple, but if you are in any doubt we recommend moving in on a week day, where we can be reached on the phone for any queries.


HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE APP?

Follow the instructions on the text message sent to you, which will take you to the Apple or Android app stores, depending on which device you have.


I DON’T HAVE AN APPLE OR ANDROID DEVICE. CAN I STILL GET ACCESS?

Yes you can, though you will need to use a Fob which requires a deposit payment. Call us on 028 3333 0000 if you require one, either before or after booking your room.


WHY WON’T THE GATES/DOORS/UNIT DOOR OPEN FOR ME?

If it is after 11pm and before 6am(Portadown)/7am(Dungannon), the doors are only set to allow exit. If it is not opening for another reason, contact us on 028 3858 0058.

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

Both our sites are open accessible 365 days a year.
Leicester - 6am - 11pm
Nottingham - 7am - 11pm

Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm


WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M IN MY UNIT AFTER CLOSING TIME?

You can exit your unit and the facility but you cannot re-enter until 6am (Leicester) or 7am (Nottingham).


WILL THERE BE ANY EMPLOYEES ON SITE WHEN I ARRIVE?

Unless you have previously arranged to meet a member of our team on site, it is unlikely there will be any employees on site when you arrive.


Packing and Unloading my stuff 

IS THERE ANYONE ON SITE TO HELP ME UNLOAD OR LOAD MY STUFF?

While employees are sometimes on site, you should always plan to unload and pack your items yourself.


ARE THERE ANY STEPS TO ENTER THE FACILITY?

The Leicester facility entrance includes a short ramp or the option of using a small number of steps. The Nottingham site entrance is at ground level with no steps.


HOW CLOSE CAN I PARK TO MY UNIT?

Depending on car park availability, you will be able to park directly outside the facility. It is then a short walk into the facility and to your unit.


ARE THERE ANY DOLLYS OR TROLLEYS AT THE SITE TO AID WITH UNLOADING/PACKING?

There may be dollys or trolleys on site to help you with unloading, but these are not always available and may not be suitable for your needs. Please plan to bring your own assistance if required.

I NEED BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS. DO YOU SELL THEM?

Not at the moment but we are happy to recommend local companies that do.



Booking my unit


CAN I BOOK ONLINE?

Yes you can. Simply follow the online instructions and you can complete your booking.


CAN I BOOK BY PHONE?

Yes, though it will take longer and the lowest available prices are online.


WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THERE?

You can pay using any major debit or credit card, including American Express.



CAN I CANCEL BEFORE I MOVE IN EVEN THOUGH I’VE SENT YOU MY PAYMENT DETAILS?

Yes you can. To cancel your booking, either log in to your account online, or call us on 028 3333 0000. You will not be charged if you cancel before your move in date.


CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT CARD?

Yes you can. Log into your StoreStuff account, click on 'View Payment Details' and add a new card.

Moving out


I WANT TO MOVE OUT AND/OR CANCEL FUTURE PAYMENTS. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

The quickest way to move out is to log into your 100% Self Storage account online and cancel. If you require any assistance, call us on 028 3333 0000.


I WANT TO MOVE OUT IMMEDIATELY. CAN I GET A REFUND ON PAYMENTS MADE TO DATE?

You can move out at any time (subject to opening hours). However, payments are made monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
